All ended up fine although some damage to a suite above but we could not return until hours later and it was somewhat chaotic. I have never had the opportunity to oversee the training of an HCL and want to be prepared so she can have a great experience. Is there another on-boarding session available before June 2 that I could join? If not, can I get the training plan and any other materials so I can review? I know this is not ideal but if there is anyone I could reach out to for guidance I would really appreciate it.
