One of the main things affected is the approval process on iCims. Currently, recruiter Elizabeth in Vancouver is able to approve our jobs, however, she is not able to edit new locations and salary changes. In addition, she is a few hours behind on the West coast. As you know, in Montreal, we have some big contracts coming up in more remote locations a few hours out of Montreal in predominantly French areas. These would have to be approved and edited quickly. While Elizabeth is away on vacation, it is up to the local leaders to take on that role, however most local leaders cannot approve the jobs quickly on iCims or have access. Is there a way to have access to these features? We would be able to save more time and get faster results. As well, since there is a time difference, it makes it difficult when the postings have to be up early in the mornings. Of course, we would still communicate with our local leaders about our needs and how many ads need to be up. Please let me know if there is something we can work out to make it more accessible for my location. Thank you, Melissa Rus *Recruteur / Recruiter * *Montr=C3=A9al, QC* Tel: 514.907.5065 | Fax: 514.221.4265 mrus@thekey.com | TheKey.ca [image: TheKey] --0000000000006c937006213b039a Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Joey,=C2=A0 There have been some not= able=C2=A0changes this week in terms=C2=A0of management.=C2=A0 On= e of the main things affected is the approval=C2=A0process on iCims.=C2=A0 Currently, recruiter=C2=A0Elizabeth in Vancouver i= s able to approve our jobs, however, she is not able to edit new locations = and salary changes.=C2=A0 In addition, she is a few hours behind = on the West coast.=C2=A0 As you know, in Montreal,= we have some big contracts coming up in more remote locations a few hours = out of Montreal in predominantly=C2=A0French areas.
