As some of you may have heard, after two years with TheKey, Jen Winters has
decided to step down to pursue new challenges. Her last day will be Monday,
July 1st. Since joining us, Jen has been a vital part of our team, steering
HR initiatives with exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment. Her
contributions have been instrumental in shaping our team culture and
organization as a whole. Please feel free to reach out to wish her the best
on this next chapter in her professional journey!
With Jen's transition, I wanted to take a moment to review your points of
contact from an HR partner perspective. Moving forward, Alina Evans and her
HR Managers will support the East/Canada (Ops/Sales) as well as IT. Rupali
Ray and her HR Manager will support the West (Ops/Sales) and Finance.
Alina and Rupali will be the day-to-day contact for regional Ops/Sales
leaders and corporate leaders, whereas the HR Managers will be the
day-to-day contact for our site level leaders.
