All the other active referral accounts (e.g. AMICAs, Elizabeth Fry) have been staffing shifts so there is no activity associated with these accounts in Salesforce. I have however reached out and submitted a ticket to Salesforce because I have a number of duplicate referral accounts in Salesforce so I need them to clean it up.
