Banking - the SJD accounts with RBC are all still personally guaranteed by me as they remain in place from the original iteration of the company. I am not an employee any longer, but as long as my name and personal guarantees are associated with the accounts then I will remain as one of the key signatories. 2. Converge credit cards - as above - I am the guarantor still. 3. Employer Health Tax (EHT) - provincial - these are still being sent to my home address - BDO historically made all the changes for these types of things. I received mail today in fact. 4. NRT (witholding tax) - as above - this needs to be changed - as the business no longer pays royalties to the US on an individual location basis this tax isn't applicable - but the address etc and contacts needs to be updated. 5. Payworks account has been closed - there are 21 days remaining to retrieve any specific historical data from them if needed. I'm pretty sure that isn't necessary but just in case. Sandra is aware and had all the info earlier in the year for the transition. Once we get everything closed down/ transfered I will put it all together on my final invoice, together with the final hours etc from the Toronto business a couple of months back.
