I'm working on a plan to terminate Liz. Just so you know, she has received feedback emails with call recordings attached. In addition, over the last two weeks Liz claimed to be busy while Cheryl was out, but when I inquired about Liz only having 1 opportunity for the two weeks and missing follow-up tasks in Salesforce, she claimed the data was incorrect. I don't think she was answering the phone. Since the conversation, Liz now has 5 opportunities, but I'm not hopeful we will see the improvement we are needing. I will keep you posted.
