You can type in a name to search from your existing contacts in Salesforce to track exactly which contacts from your Referral Accounts are referring to you over time. [image: image.png] *How does this benefit you? * Selecting a Referral Contact on your Leads & Opportunities will give us the ability to track and report on how many Leads, Opportunities and Clients your referral contacts have sent you over time, the names & details of clients they have referred, and more! You will be able to look back at any time period and easily see the list of referrals an individual at an account has sent you. *How can you see how many Leads or Opportunities a Referral Contact has generated?* Locate the Contact in Salesforce and on the right side you will find "*Refe= rral Contact Leads*" and "*Referral Contact Opportunities*" which will show you the exact Leads and Opportunities that Referral Contact has referred. [image: image.png] As everyone starts to utilize this new field, we will be able to develop additional reporting in the future to provide this data at your fingertips for you to have educated conversations with your accounts. *Important Note:* In order to input a Referral Contact, the individual must first be created as a Contact in Salesforce. Please refer to the section titled "How do I Create a Referral Account Contact?" in our Salesforce User Guide if you need a refresher on how to create a contact. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! We hope you find a lot of value in this new feature.
