Per our conversation today, our team has been restructured into 2 Caregiver Recruitment Teams led by Directors of Talent Acquisition. Our West Division Team is being led by Dulce Aganan-Coleman. The East Division is being led by Cassandra Liberius. All recruiters in each division will report into their respective Directors effective immediately, with movement in Workday to follow effective 9/9. Brad Dean has been promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition leading our Corporate & Specialty TA teams. Katie Tobias will report to him effective immediately with movement in Workday to follow on 9/9. Brad's role will expand to include our Canada region in October, at which point Melissa Russ, Veronique Ree, and Elizabeth Manjarrez will transition from reporting to me to Brad. *Congratulations to Dulce, Cassandra, and Brad on their well deserved promotions into our new Director roles!* Please see the attached spreadsheet for recruiter and HR compliance specialist roles by site.
