But we do still have some work to do. The following clients have schedules built with OT. Some we will have to absorb but others I believe we can make some changes. *Bi-Weekly OT absorbed (Approved by you?):* Salvo = 16 hours Coutu: 16 hours Grant: 13 hours Gillings = 16 hours 61 hours Total *Suggestions:* *Grant:* Ask Pamela Allen or Ditas Porteza who work with the client regularly if they can take on some or all of Edwin's hours. This way we will not have to introduce a new caregiver. *Gillings*: If Mark can start at 7 AM (Robert has no OT) or 8 AM (Robert would have 8 hours of OT) regularly we can salvage this case. *Casey: *Nikita spoke to the family and they are willing to introduce a new caregiver. We should be able to minimize/eliminate Foluke's OT going forward. I would suggest Danielle Patterson, Basirat Olokun, and Lijuan Zhao as all 3 are great caregivers. ---------- *Coutu and Salvo:* Only have 1 caregiver that puts them in 16 hours of OT each on a biweekly basis. I would recommend absorbing OT in these cases only.
