We don't have a primary contact for those because we deal directly with VCH - they just send us a referral and we take it from there. We don't have any interactions with the family. Also for facilities like EFry, our main contact is the HR person who manages all the EFry facilities - she doesn't have insight into our services with each individual Efry facility. For the rest, we will update with the primary contact.
