Previously we had a bank of hours that we were using for his shifts. He is on a new contract and now we will be billing him as normal. So all shifts from Nov 1/23 are billable and I have adjusted them all in clear care from Nov with Chuck and the billing team - from Dec onwards, we will be as normal. Ethen dad passed away unexpectedly so there have been many changes. Ethen will now have his grandmother Shirley take over all the payments and communication regarding his care. This file will now pay monthly by cheque and needs to be invoiced monthly - this is because of his PDD funding that he gets.
