You will be doing a refresher for both on call and assessments with Carolina today @11am so please count that time with her on this week's call hours. Unfortunately we cannot have you download 8x8 as you would need to have to have a "Key" email and the process for that is somewhat cumbersome. For now, you will have to use your personal cell phone. I do have a work phone at the office and will look into seeing if you could use that for interim- ( need passwords etc.) Carolina will give you access to clear care and you should be able to send all confirmations for shifts to the caregiver from the system vs your personal email. If we need to send care plans you will most likely have to ask your back up manager to do that for you as no attachments can be sent thru the clear care system. If the care plan is straight forward it could be cut and pasted onto a internal email from clear care and sent that way - you will have to decide what is best. Tonight, I will send a google meet for 4pm to go over clients and hopefully Cathy can join us as she is your back up. The phone will be forwarded to your cell number 250 755 5805 at 445pm.
