The agreement also notes that on February 2nd 2024, I would have been n= otified about the bonus payment I would be receiving for January and Febr= uary 2024. I was never notifed on the amounts and neither was I informed = then that I would not be eligible for the payouts for February 2024 for n= ot completing the month or that the January 2024 payout would be received= only once I return back to work. I understand the bonuses for January and February 2024 would be the ave= rage of the bonuses received in October, November and December 2023. My b= onuses for October 2023, November 2023 and December 2023 were $1760, $153= 5 and $1280 respectively.
