I used the talking points the 3 of us created for the Revera DHW's luncheons combined with the presentation deck I used the week prior for Chartwell regional RLCs. Went through the Sales process, HWM and GM challenges using the insights we have on the Care Assist program, retention template etc all the talk tracks we use in Ontario. FYI-Booked regional RLC education session through the regional BDM. It was lunch and learn for not only TheKey presentation but how to plan and utilize the Chartwell Q2 Business Development template in the "healthcare bucket." BDM endorsed adding TheKey to all the RLC's Q2 templates. It was very successful, Renee and Vicki in Region 2 (Amanda) could talk to Amy from Region 3 about this.
