We have been approved to pilot a CG Margin below the current budget @ +54% down to 50% with the intent to increase our CG hourly rate. The success of this pilot will be to reflect increased CG hires while maintaining a 50% CG margin. Emily, the GM, will not be penalized from an incentive standpoint while the pilot is active unless the CG margin falls below 50%. Additionally, we will be including St. Louis and KC in the on-boarding pilot with Nashville. We will be reducing the number of forms needing to be completed by the CG candidates down to the bare minimum. The remainder of the documents will be completed during orientation. We will be approving an additional laptop to be sent to each of these locations to support the completion of the electronic paperwork to prevent the necessity of completing and uploading paper documents. @Emily Russell or @Analissa Sanchez - could you please take the lead on the laptop order? Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'm optimistic this will support the CG challenges we are seeing in STL & KC.
