I have set up the following users on Ceridian in preparation for my departure (see below). The maximum # of users is five per payroll account. I was speaking with Shameema and we were wondering if perhaps we should have someone in a more senior position and internal to The Key that would have access to all four payroll accounts. I was thinking perhaps Timothy? I would also call them to make sure that Timothy has telephone access for any major changes on the account= . I can't remove my access until the 28th as I will be helping with a last pay run, but if @Gary Scott agrees, I could remove him on the accounts that are full if we want to add Timothy?
