As you will see in the attached PDF (page 2), all sites are being measured across 5 metrics: 1) Revenue: Change in Trailing 4 week total revenue vs. the prior 4 weeks 2) Billed Hours: Change in Trailing 4 week billed hours vs. the prior 4 weeks 3) Census: Change in avg. Trailing 4 week client count vs. the prior 4 week= s 4) Tier 1 Starts vs. Churn: Total Tier 1 Starts less Total Tier 1 Churn over the trailing 8 weeks (with 2 week lag) 5) Assessment to SOC Conversion: conversion rate over the trailing 8 weeks (with 3 week lag) Page 1 of the attached provides an overall ranking of the 56 sites included in the Operational Incentive Plan and is also broken down by small ( $10M) sites; as well as within each Region.
