Fresh off being recognized as Women Health Care Executives 2016 Woman of the Year this past month, Lily received the 2016 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year=C2=AE Award for the Northern California region this past Friday. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. *CEU Webinar on Conscious Aging* We are a little more than two weeks out from the upcoming CEU webinar , so there is still time to do one more marketing push to senior and health care professionals in your markets. As a reminder, the hour-long webinar will be held on Tuesday, July 19th at 10am PST/1pm EST. The webinar will feature *Cassandra Vieten, Ph.D., President and CEO of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, *and she will explore aging in a more positive light while sharing techniques for social workers, nurses and certified case managers to help those they work with navigate this process successfully. *Online Reviews* As you heard on the Digital Marketing Webinar , having online reviews on sites such as Google, Yelp, Angie=E2=80=99s List= and Facebook are a huge area of opportunity for all of our locations in setting yourself apart from competitors and driving more business. After conducting a network-wide online audit, it is clear that many of our competitors do not do a good job of getting online reviews, so with a dedicated, consistent effort in this area, Home Care Assistance could really capture the attention of consumers and outshine the competition. To aid our offices in this effort, we have developed the *Generating Online Reviews Guide* and *two letter templates* (attached). Use these templates to reach out to clients, referral sources and even caregivers to share their positive experience with Home Care Assistance with others.
