With my departure from HCA coming at the end of the month, I am working on a better process to capture new hire info and current employee updates for payroll. I am not sure yet who will be running payroll, but they will not be in a position to gather the info on new hires from Clear Care as I am currently doing. Can also be used for people that are reactivated or haven't 2) *Caregiver banking change* - this is to note any banking info change for existing caregivers. 3) *Caregiver other changes* - this is to note any other changes (ie. address, title, salary , email, source deduction amount, etc). We will start using this new spreadsheet as of this current pay period (Oct 31 to Nov 13) as it will give time to iron out any issues before my replacement takes over. In terms of the on-boarding spreadsheet and source tracking sheets we are using, I will not be consulting them anymore. You are welcome to continue using them for HR if you find them useful. @Carolyn Daoust Can you please move anything peritant from the action sheet to this one. I will address the Montreal team tomorrow at the AM meeting to advise that I will be creating two new action sheets to replace the combined once we now have for ease of transition to the teams taking over billing and payroll. I will also advise that they let HR know when there is a change to a caregiver profile so that you can populate the spreadsheet. Thanks.
