THen we received=C2=A0a p= hone call from a Client that was very upset that Andraya called her and a= rgued with her about her schedule. Andray raised her voice to the Client = and even challenged her that she was confused- when in fact Andraya was w= rong and then called her a second time to tell her the Caregiver was then= coming to the house during the wrong time. When the CLient asked her if = she had the correct schedule Andraya was very defensive and the Client wa= s very offended. I visited Andraya=C2=A0behind=C2=A0closed doors=C2=A0and= asked her what was going on with her. Is she liking her job? Is she feel= ing confident in her job duties? Or is this job not the right fit for her= .=C2=A0She told me she didn't feel welcomed- which she has said this befo= re which is so far from the truth of how we have welcomed her into the of= fice and she at one time said it was a racial thing and now she said its = a her thing- mis reading the signs. I explained to her that she is very i= mportant to the team and she needs to ask for help and ask for more train= ing=C2=A0if she is not comfortable with her tasks at hand. She then told = me that she didnt feel comfortable=C2=A0coming to me to ask questions- sh= e could not give me an example but I reminded her that we meet 1:1 everyd= ay at 4:00 to discuss any issues or needs
