Nothing too complicated. *We need to identify the below for the next steps*: account creation and setting up a meeting with the schedulers. 1. Account Owner - Who do we want to designate this? This individual will be responsible for updating category rates in the system. 2. Locations - We can create multiple locations, and staff will have visibility based on the location. I suggest having two locations. East & West. 3. Service categories - I think we should focus on PSW (1:1), PSW (floor duty), RPN and RN. We have recruited, keeping these categories in mind. Krystal brought up that being accredited will open up more opportunities, especially accessing assignments that don't require certified PSWs. Something for us to think about. Internal processes: 1. The platform does not have the capacity to match caregivers based on availability. We'll need to build a separate availability tracker. 2. We also cannot host any employee documentation on the platform. I can work with the recruiters and create a shared folder for all administrators with easy access. 3. We need to figure out how to capture caregiver starts for AP.
