Thank you all for your help with this by getting assistance from Carrie in
Columbus recently. We will have to have someone else trained in the office
in the future if Suzie is out because, if I understand correctly, legally
the person doing E-verify has to have the applicant's 2 forms of ID in hand
when verifying. That's what initially caused the complication since no one
in the office could do this in Suzie's absence or had access to it. Suzie
and or Linda should be able to do this on orientation day ideally when they
bring their ID's with them, in the future.
Cassandra, could you please direct me on where I need to go next to ensure
Linda gets this training?
