For the process outline, can you help review this sequence + questions? 1. Copy content over (images + text) 2. Add meta title and description (copy from page source mode when available, and add when absent) 3. Add image alt text (copy from inspect mode when available and write them when absent) 4. Keep same url 5. Removal of content that's specific to locations, for example, you see how this article has a call out within the text to the MTL phone # https://www.montrealsoinsadomicile.ca/le-role-de-proche-aidant.html? We should remove any location reference correct? 6. For the author bios, this wasn't included in our training however i don't see them added to brightspot. Do we need to create them as we go? = If so, for the images - how can we source them? The ones on most articles a= re very tiny and we don't have back-end access. 7. Additional sections at the bottom of the article - do we need to add or choose any additional sections at the bottom of the articles? See the= se dropdowns here: [image: Screen Shot 2022-08-08 at 2.40.27 PM.png] [image: Sara Gill, Digital Strategist at U7 Solutions] Sara Gill Marketing Manager U7 SOLUTIONS | Make the web work for you location: Ottawa, ON K1P 5H2 cell: 1.873.376.6883 https://www.u7solutions.com [image: LinkedIn button] [im= age: Facebook button] [image: Email list button] On Mon, Aug 8, 2022 at 2:21 PM Kahl Orr wrote: > Thanks for the call just now Sara, > > As discussed, we will be excluding the 3 PDFs for site launch and may > handle those later, post-launch under a separate content effort (they wou= ld > need a complete rewrite to work for our learning center). > > > For our next steps, your team will be using some of the existing banked > hours to publish a few of these microsites articles in the Canadian CMS, > and gain a better understanding of the publishing level of effort. > > You will then present us with a proposal to publish the remaining ~67 > articles this month for an anticipated September 1 launch date. > > > Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help get us that > proposal for approval this week. > > Thanks again for your understanding and looking forward to working with > you & team! > > > Kahl Orr > * Please note my email has changed: * > korr@thekey.com > +1-610-507-7863 > TheKey.com > [image: TheKey] > > > On Fri, Aug 5, 2022 at 4:09 PM Sara Gill > wrote: > >> Hi Kahl, >> >> Although it's disappointing to hear that after so many months of >> communicating we lost out on most of the business, I'm glad that things >> moved along for the sake of the Canadian website and the tight timeline. >> >> We can definitely publish these blog pages.
