Basically I was told that nothing has been paid on the file since Dec 2018. I told her that we keep receiving statements with updated amounts. She said that those are not paid out but just the implications of the cost on our file. She said that in order to discuss the financial costs associated with our "tarification" at the CNESST, we need to pull up our file and contact the finance person in charge of our file at the CNESST. Apparently it's a completely different department (soutien au service financier/conseiller de financement) and she could not help in that regard. She also could not comment on the other files.
