As part of this, I'm syncing with all teams to go through the decisions/actions that need to be taken as part of this transition and the timeline/costs associated with them. Our current plan is to mirror communications with TheKey US launch. This was handled by Megan Heinen and included formal communications to clients, caregivers, referral partners, a press release, and pre and post launch Workplace live kickoff calls. How can we best work with you (and possibly loop in Megan if needed) to develop this plan for the Canada launch? I'd like to outline the items on the list, time frames associated with them, and any costs we should be aware of.
