In October, we shared a revised date of early February for the current Winston Park residents to make their move over to the new neighbourhoods, but we have learned that date must once again be pushed back (see below note from Brad Schlegel) Please note current revised dates are: - April 3rd =E2=80=93 residents in existing Winston Park LTC building wi= ll move into new building - April 12th =E2=80=93 Pinehaven residents will move into new Winston Pa= rk building and Pinehaven LTC building will officially close in that time f= rame - Winter 2024 - New residents will move into existing remodelled Winston Park LTC building Please reach out if you have any questions in regards to things such as when to place equipment or transfer equipment, etc. Our expectation is that both current locations will be served/supplied as normal until the transition dates arrive. At time or just before dates of transition, please reach out if you feel we need to adjust/amend current agreements accordingly (adding or removing locations, etc) We thank you for your patience. We will provide any additional updates at a minimum of a monthly basis should there be any more changes. *Thanks, Diane* *Note from Brad Schlegel* *=E2=80=9CThe construction industry experienced unprecedented disruption an= d turmoil in the last two years,=E2=80=9D *Brad explains.* =E2=80=9CThis was = caused by the convergence of several macro factors including a shortage of workforce personnel in the construction industry, the record setting amount of construction activity and disruption to the supply chain due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
