We used to bill Terry (Ethen father)'s credit card. Ethen's father was previously the contact person but he passed away unexpectedly and I updated the file right away to indicate that they are on monthly billing and paying by cheque. I was told that this is the way to do it but it seems that this was missed from the billing team that this was changed - I let Kristy and Chakra know on Saturday that this had changed as well. Should I have done something different to better communicate this? I thought VersaPay updated overnight but maybe not for this type of change? Your help is appreciated.
