Cognitively she is ful= ly functional and is aware of her surroundings and her situation. Pref= erred language is English, would request female help, and if possible helpe= rs somewhat within her age bracket. 0900 wake up, empty urine b= ag, (if necessary clean any stool) morning hygiene, get dressed on bed, and= transfer to wheelchair. (At least two showers per week). Bathroom fin= ish washing and brush teeth. 1000 breakfast and medication (peg feedin= g and flushing of peg tube included with medication) duration one hour 1100-1300 free time misc activities 1300 lunch (peg) and medication = 1400 misc activities, empty urine bag if necessary. If tired transfer= to bed for rest. 30-45 minutes 1700 dinner (peg and medication) = 1830 end dinner either stay on chair move to bed or sofa. 2100 bed tim= e routine, BATHROOM brush teeth, empty urine bag take medication. Move to b= edroom, transfer on to bed finish undressing, position body for sleep. OTHER: flush catheter once a week, if necessary clean and change und= erwear if bowel movement throughout day. Accompany Danielle to any medical = appointments or social outings. At least 24 hour notice will be given. As w= ell clean and change clothes in case of any unforeseen bowel accidents. Spare bedroom/office at disposal of helper, unlimited internet acce= ss throughout day when free time. MEDICATION AND PEG FEEDING WILL BE D= ONE BY ME IF PERSON NOT QUALIFIED However, flushing the tube might be= difficult for you because of the weakness in your left hand. ****Nig= ht NOT sure what to write ***** If Danielle wishes to have the bipap, then she will have to hav= e someone with her the entire time she is using the machine. If she opts no= t to have it, then you may not require overnight care. Without a bipa= p, the goal of overnight care would be to reposition her 2-3 times.
