We are achieving these goals through a variety of ways and are already seeing an upward trend in all areas. In regards to driving more traffic to the site, we are doing the following: - Consistent blog content (25 per month) optimized for keywords that our clients and their families are searching for online - Weekly newsletter that promotes these blogs and drives people back to our site (stay tuned for a newsletter template redesign that is mobile-first and will boost open rates, click-through rates and conversi= ons) - Posting quality content (blogs/press releases/HCA news stories, etc.) to all social media brand channels (Facebook , Twitter , LinkedIn , Google+ and Pinterest ) several times per day - National and regional/local PR efforts across the network *Increasing Conversions* When looking at a heat map of our website (desktop/mobile) last month, it was clear that the number one thing visitors are doing once they land on our site, is looking for a location near them or their aging loved one. Whether it's clicking on their location in the tool bar, clicking/calling the phone number in the upper-right hand corner, or typing their zip code into the Find a Location Box, that is the number one action people are taking. To streamline this process and increase conversions for all locations, we developed a "Find a Location" feature in the lower right-hand corner of the website. Many of you have probably already seen this since the feature was implemented, but it looks like the screen shot below. =E2=80=8B =E2=80=8B *We did a comparison of visitors searching zip codes before we implemented this box and after we implemented this box and found there was roughly a 240% increase in zip code searches!* *Visitors searching zip codes from January 15th -29th =3D 1,212 (before)* *Visitors searching zip codes from February 5th - February 19th =3D 2,915 (after)* We will continue to optimize this feature and expect zip codes searches to increase month-over month.
