I am hoping the newly hired HCLs will get things moving. Everyone else wins or slight decreases so let's keep the pressure on starts please. I will be presenting to the board at the end of the month and would like to share success for all so anything i can help with to make things happen quicker let me know. Kim K, I know we need legal to help push DC over the finish line and Kim G and Tim need Mavencare plan to happen. Jay new leadership on East and i need you to to let me know how many HCLs and where we need them to get things kicked into high gear. Jen i know you are getting Chicago accessed and planning for great things. Audra and Jennifeer looking forward to continued growth quickly in GL. Carol keep PP going. Tim - Tad asked about Canada and I know this time of year things pick up so excited to see this happen. ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Mitch Belitz Date: Tue, Aug 9, 2022 at 10:57 AM Subject: KPI Report for the week ending 7/31/22 To: Executive Team , Ethan Stein , Chuck Leu , Kirk Hayes , Lucas Motro , Dawn Kellerman , Sandi Gunnett , Jennifer Winters , Benjamin Lewis Cc: FPA Attached please find a draft of the KPI report for the week ending 7/31/22. *Highlights:* - Total starts were up 7.7% over the prior week, with HCL starts of 161 - the highest amount achieved in a week this year - Total headcount was down 13 from the prior week, with declines in the Field and G&A, partially offset by higher Sales headcount - Revenues and client census were flat with last week.
