Basically we are unable to fully reconcile the account due to missing information stemming from system and staff change overs earlier this year. My suggestion was to advise the client of waiver of all open balances and have them sign a release. Below however you can see they are wanting to do a full accounting of their own before they will accept our offer. Please advise as to what you=E2=80=99d suggest for next steps. She is not comfortable calling it over as this is her mother=E2=80=99s estate and she wants to fully understand what has h= appened and where the account is at.
