In Winnipeg, ClearCare had been set-up to prevent early clock-ins. I am not sure if we changed ClearCare settings or if on-call people are clocking staff in early or what is going on. I am going to issue a credit for the client who complained. I only have one complaint but I noticed that this is happening on other invoices as well. Just wanted to bring this to your attention in case this is inadvertent and some settings need to be changed.
