All took it well, aside from Veronique, who was upset. Vero believes she has grown leaps and bounds as a recruiter; she nearly singlehandedly stabilized two distressed regions (Winnipeg/Calgary) with her recruiting efforts, and was recently highlighted for being the top recruiter in the company in terms of Caregiver quality. Before that, she was successful operating in NY as well. She mentioned to me that she is confident she can make more compensation recruiting elsewhere and I am worried we may lose her to another offer =E2= =80=94 I just had a NY recruiter resign earlier this week for a better offer and losing one of Vero's quality would be a huge blow. I know we have already approached this but are we absolutely sure there is nothing we can do in this regard? She receives the lowest compensation of any of the Canadian CGRs, at $52k CAD projected for 2023. Even just a +2-3% adjustment would help in retaining her. Thank you for your efforts regardless, --=20 *Jon Eckrich* Regional Recruiting Manager, Tri-State & Canada 1450 US Route 22 West Mountainside, New Jersey 07092 908.615.8276 TheKey.com [image: TheKey] --0000000000007473d30609a84158 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Tim, This week I spoke with the Cana= dian recruiters regarding the lack of compensation adjustments being given = this year.
