I am preparing for my last few days and have to pass this along to be handled for payroll audit. Pricilla Nyamande works for 2 clients (Spangl and Farago). Each payroll, I would calculate her hours and adjust for OT (because of live-in). I will not be here to do that, so it will have to be looked at during the payroll audit. Here is what to do. Run a pay report but look at it as two separate weeks. Each live-in day is considered as 8hrs of work. For the live-in hours, add the total live-in hours for the week and divide by 24 then multiply by 8. Then add the rest of the hourly hours for that week. Adjust the week's OT as needed (anything over 40 needs to be pushed to OT). Do the same for the second week. Let me know if you have any questions!
