There are many things to consider before moving forward with transition. I'm going to list them below. 1. Chuck after billing in clearcare, manually enters all invoices into quickbooks. If we are going to transition, this will need to be charged immediately. I have spoken to him and he mentioned all the clients are correctly entered in clearcare with their respective emails . I suggested we stop billing from quickbooks but he mentioned we would need to speak to accounting. Either we look to figure out a way to transfer clients automatically into quickbooks or we scrap quickbooks as a whole because we won't be using it given the transition as well 2. He does the EFT directly from their online CIBC banking portal. I would most likely signup for Bambora using our credentials in Calgary to do the EFT transitions from there because the online banking requires token and would need There is much more to the Calgary site than I anticipated, if we have to manually enter all invoices in quickbooks , it will easily be our most time consuming site. Doesn't make sense because it's one of the smallest. @Gary Scott @Timothy Thomas Let me know how you would like to proceed. Maybe Gary we can bump this site in our transition schedule. Meaning right after Toronto we tackle Calgary and get it on netsuite asap! That might be the better plan. thank you, *Ali Malik* Manager - Financial Operations --0000000000001888fd05f53c690a Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable I don=E2=80=99t see the need to invoice from Quickbooks, but it=E2=80=99s= a client change that we would need to communicate, then another change com= ing with Netsuite transition. =C2=A0 How much time does he spend entering invoices in Quickbooks = each week?=C2=A0 =C2=A0 Lets look at running collections in JPMC first. =C2=A0 We need =C2=A0 From: Ali Malik < ali.malik@thekey.com > Sent: Tu= esday, February 21, 2023 2:02 PM To: Timothy Thomas < tt@thekey.com >; Gary Scott < gscott@thekey.com >; Hua Wu < hua.wu@thekey.com > Subject: Calg= ary Billing** =C2=A0 Hi Team, =C2=A0 I had a meeting with Chuck to go over Calgary billing.
