I believe that the system is set up to accept postal codes as well as zip codes, so I don't expect that to be an issue. There may be a technical issue with the way your phones are set up. All of our call volume runs through inContact instead of the 8x8 ring groups, so utilizing the contact center will require some of the process changes that we went through switching from 8x8 to inContact in the US. We will definitely need some training/information for the contact center to effectively back up the offices. Who should I connect with to get the ball rolling? Is there someone currently in charge of intake for all of Canada or is it office specific?
