Hi Tim, This is complete. I created an initial menu that would offer English and French. When the caller presses 1 (English) they will be transferred to the existing Canada Nat'l line menu. When the caller presses 2 (French) they will be transferred to the current Montreal IVR menu. Thanks, Mark Warner

For compliance purposes we need to make an update on the national inquiry ring group. Is it possible to insert an option for French? If user's pushed that option they would be routed to the Montreal New-client french ring group?
We would need to edit the greeting as well on the national line.
