Chad gave us the ok to opt out of that. We did not want to give raises to our staff who had already received an increase within the last 12 months. We have always managed these increases on the actual work anniversary. Historically Steve and I awarded 5% increases to those who earned it. Chad did push back on that and asked us to cap it at 4% which we've done. Linda White, whose increase was denied today, needs to receive the requested increase as it's deserved and needed to retain her. We appreciate your help with this.
