It outlines information for sending subpoenas. There is nothing specific to this instance. I contacted our outside counsel again asking for an update on any of the previously listed documents for Arya Living that I requested last week. I also asked for a document showing the update of the board to Tim and Chad. (We've done this for several Canada entities but I can't locate one for Arya.) I think it'll be beneficial if we can provide proof that the board has been updated, Chen has been removed and Tim is an authorized signatory. I emphasized that we need this information asap.
