This also caused an issue with our ability to load the US data into our reporting tables in the data lake. *What is the Impact?* *Analytics Portal / Tableau Reports: *SoC, billed hours, revenue and other metrics relying on Clearcare data are missing yesterday's totals. - ETA to have reports refreshed for US is 1 hour - ETA for Canadian data is 4 hours *Billing: *Files sent to Netsuite this morning are missing data. We will resend once Wellsky has provided the Canadian data. *Payroll:* This should not affect payroll. I will send out an update when I have more information.
