I think it's better she just starts working on Wednesday and you can train her on what needs to be done, it's always better to get to know the caregiver as they are working as you can see first hand what she is capable of doing. I spoke to her this morning again, she really seems great and has a lot of experience, I feel that she would be a good fit to help your wife. I know you were worried about her not being able to work Monday and Tuesday if required, she told me if that becomes required she can try to push her shift at the residence she works out to end a bit earlier to get to your home on time. As of now she is ready to work Wednesday to Friday from 5:30pm to 10:30pm to begin I will be out of the office with meetings this afternoon, but I will have access to my emails. Let me know what you think.
