This has resulted in five clients being quite upset that they received emails about the change. They thought this was a scam or didn't authorize anyone to access their bank accounts for the switch. In the future, communication about the switch - no matter how small should be communicated to the clients. Please keep this in mind for the other markets in Canada in which you intend to switch their pre-authorized bank accounts.
