Additionally, I=E2=80=99ve been informed by the benefits team that they ar= e diligently working on extending benefits to all caregivers, with progress already underway through our brokers. As for the RPS for corporate and field employees, while the completion date remains undefined, I=E2=80=99ve emphasized the importance of staying proactive in this process to ensure its timely resolution. Regarding documentation for workers=E2=80=99 compensation cases, leave of = absence cases, and reasonable accommodation cases, I would appreciate clarification on who currently manages these matters within our team. Furthermore, I have reached out to Irin in payroll to establish a weekly email communication cadence. This will include updates on terminations, new hires, and leave of absence cases. Given that Irin handles much of this information on a weekly basis, I believe this approach will help us stay informed and proactive in our HR efforts.
