Thank you all for your time yesterday on the leadership call. As I mentioned, we are asking our RDs to give feedback to the teams on the strategic action items for growth. I wanted to share an example below with my feedback below. Here is the strategic growth plan that is listed: [image: image.png] - I am actually in the regional MOR for this location that I sent the screenshot above this am. The GMs first bullet in the regional MOR is that they are adding 27 caregivers to get to the right ratio for growth in hiring. As an example, that first action item could instead say "Hire 27 caregivers by xx date" which would make it more a an x to y by when. - For the trusted advisor channel, getting more specific with an exact growth % and target by when. We have a target for appointments, but that will result in what growth - VA contract is awesome - so what are the xx's and yy's by when in order to get to next steps and preparedness for growth with contract - open relationships with appts set - what are our specific results that we are targeting from this? Is it xx amount of leads/SOC/revenue from these referral sources? Thought this would help for you all to see what my feedback would be as you give it to your teams! This is a new experience for them to do these growth plans and feedback is a gift! Please be sure to work with your teams on opportunities within their growth plans and my ask is that you turn them back around to me, Ashley, Chad and Melissa by Monday 8/5.
