He has access to SEAO and is going to spend some time over the weekend to review the 62 page contract before giving us an idea of the time involved with this project. He didn't mention if this time would be billable and Joey and I were not sure of what you had discussed with him regarding that, but he needs this time to be able to provide us with an answer. There is a quality aspect involved with the submission. Basically, you submit your quality assessment and your submission. They only look at quality first. Those who pass, then move on to the price selection process etc. Because this would be our first bid, the work would be much more substantial than for future contracts. Also the quality aspect adds time as well. Having said that, the heavy work would be done for future projects, thereby making them less expensive going forward. Essentially, the initial cost will have to happen at some point, and this might be a good contract to try on, so that you would be ready for the big ones in the future. We are setting up a meeting for Monday at 4:30 to go over Alexandre's assessment and time estimate. Will send out an invitation soon. Thanks!
