Hello Regional Directors and Sales Coaches,

As we're approaching the end of June, I wanted to circulate our Performance
Management process for Home Care Liaisons below. To be used as discussion
together for any HCL's needing PM at the start of July for June's results.

The following are to be put into place when an HCL misses their Sales
Goals. As well as a template for Warning HCL’s when they do not meet their
F2F Salesforce documented activity Goals.


Please notify your Sales Operations Manager Jackie Summers and Brenda
Sanders <brenda.sanders@thekey.com>any time you’re putting anyone
on/sending a Performance Management Stage as it needs to be noted in our
team files.

All documentation should be put into writing and saved on the HCL’s Workday
profile. Using the HRServiceCenter@thekey.com (including your VP of Sales)
to ask them to attach the files to a PRIVATE folder on the employees’
Workday profile.
