Attached are some instructions that will help open a new position. It will need to go through the approval process (it'll route to compensation as well as Tad/Julie for final approval) and it could take a week or two to be approved and fully open. I'd also suggest reaching out to the HRSC if you need assistance as they can ensure you are taking all the necessary steps to complete the process.
