I have never seen an amount this high and am concerned that he will end up with a tax bill as he will not end up paying any taxes and am not sure that he is actually paying $92,800/year to attend school in Manitoba. Also, because he has a temporary work permit (SINs starting with the digit 9) we are supposed to have a work permit on file, an expiry date filed with payworks.
