After 13 years of dedicated service, most recently as our Chief Strategy Officer, Chen Xie will be departing from TheKey at the end of the year. Chen has been an invaluable asset to our organization, contributing his expertise, dedication, and vision during his tenure. Chen has played a pivotal role in our success, particularly in bringing operational scale, with the strategic goal of providing excellent care to our clients. His leadership has been integral to our organization and has contributed significantly to our strategic vision and growth. We are grateful for Chen=E2=80=99s leadership and commitment to TheKey. While we give tremendous thanks to Chen for his tenure, I am pleased to announce that Chad Everitt, a 17-year veteran in palliative and hospice care with a master=E2=80=99s degree in social work, joined our team Monday, December 4th, as Division President. Chad will oversee the east division. With an impressive career dedicated to providing exceptional client-centric care to an aging population, Chad brings a wealth of experience from various leadership roles, including his most recent position as Region President at Gentiva Hospice, the nation=E2=80=99s largest hospice provider= . We look forward to the continued success and growth under Chad=E2=80=99s leade= rship. I am thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Melissa Reyes to Division President. Melissa will oversee the west division. Over the coming weeks, Melissa and Chad will work closely on developing our 2024 Operational Strategy.
