Hi, Pascal - I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We were
waiting to hear back about the timeframe we will be executing our
amalgamation.

Our leadership confirmed that we will be moving forward with this in
January 2026. Once we get closer, I will be reaching out again to set up a
call to talk through the questions we need to confirm from you!
